Excellent, super staff, great food and good atmosphere.

Staff is super friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet is basic but good. The management is good and the location is beautiful. Restaurant had really good food and this had been consistent for years already.

This is unrelated to Chai Chet but the first night a group of thais took over the swimming pool with their own bluetooth speakers and drinks. That was very annoying.

Disappointing. Where do the 4 stars come from?

Nice location.

The entire resort needs a thorough makeover. Rooms are dirty and very badly maintained. The most disturbing fact however is the amount of Russians in the resort. Rude, unfriendly people.........especially to polite people like Thai are this must be very offending. The entire island is becoming a Russian enclave. Westerners.........stay away. The hotel owners and project developers are ruining the island, just like Pattaya, Hua Hin and more places.

One week in a deluxe bungalow separated from the the terrasse by a glass wall impossible to open ! The breakfast and the restaurant are a painfull experience, horrible food Most off the staff was unfriendly, very rare in Thailand !

Very good location, especially grand villa. With the panoramic view of sea and mountains, sunrise and sunsts. Villa ha perfect design, 10 meters from the sea, nice furniture, many mirrors, big room 40 square meters.

The position of the property on the beach. The size of the rooms. A good range of foods at breakfast (unless you really like bacon).

Beds very hard. No hand soap in the bathroom so had to purchase own from 7/11. There is a dispenser in the shower, but when the shower floor is wet, can't keep walking in there for soap when you just want to wash your hands! No bacon at breakfast, just horrible processed ham and sausages.

The staff was nice and friendly. Towels at the reception. Nice view. Ok beach. The receptionists spoke well english. The quality of the restaurant was fine, and the prices matched the quality of the food.

The restaurant closed to early (at. 9.00 pm). The staff of the restaurant was not good at english. The morning buffet was under average. Too many waiters at work at the same time. The internet was barely working in the rooms.

beds hard, at the beach and pool not enough sun chairs, poor breakfast, worst internet connection in all Thailand, shampoo and shower gel cheapest quality, overpriced hotel

Lovely location by the beach with agreat view from the hotel swimming pool and restaurant

The room was that of a cheap motel. The TV was very old, cabinets dusty, air conditioning was placed incorrectly so the cold air didn't reach the bed. Appliances and furnishing felt cheap and old. Not impressed for 2,600 Baht (£58). Can find much cheaper hotels for better quality.

My room was awfull, bathroom was broken, stinky and rotten. On top of that toilet bowl was broken, made noise all the time and stinky. We had the impression that we sleep in public toilet. If you’ll get room B05 run away!!!

This is a great place to stay right on the beach and has a fantastic pool with swim up bar With very good cocktails and beer at a great price. The breakfast is very good a choice of Thai and western food. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The Resort as a very nice garden and is very clean and tidy the lighting and shower In the rooms are very good.

The coffee at breakfast could have been stronger.

Staff super gentle, very good various breakfast, food is quite cheap compare other sites and tasty, they also serve in pool. Massage girl very nice and professional, good massage! Infinity pool overlooking the bay is pretty nice.

I asked for big bed and they gave the room with 2 single bed, room has many mosquitos, the door once closed has a gap on the upper side. bed sheet dirty, swimming pool with warm water.
